Overview

StickerBlox (“we”, “our”, “us”) uses Firebase (Google) to operate the app and website. We aim to minimize data collection and do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

Information we collect

• Usage data (e.g., basic analytics or logs) to keep the Service running reliably.
• Avatar lookup inputs (e.g., a Roblox username or profile link) solely to generate your sticker.
• Credits and subscription status (e.g., how many credits you have used/remaining; whether an App Store subscription is active) to provide access to features. We do not process or store your payment card details.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.

Payments and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store). We receive limited information (e.g., subscription status or entitlement) to enable features. Apple’s processing is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

How we use information

• To operate and improve the Service (e.g., generate stickers, ensure performance and reliability).
• To prevent abuse and maintain security.

Data storage and providers

We use Firebase services (such as Hosting, Functions, and optionally Firestore/Storage) to process and store data. Firebase’s processing is governed by Google’s terms and policies.

Data sources (Roblox public APIs)

To retrieve public avatar information (e.g., metadata or thumbnails), we use publicly documented Roblox APIs and CDN endpoints. We do not download or redistribute proprietary Roblox game assets. Our use of these endpoints is subject to Roblox’s Terms of Use, API Terms, and Branding Guidelines. StickerBlox is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox.

AI providers

Sticker outputs may be generated using third‑party AI providers (for example, OpenAI or others). To generate outputs, your avatar references and generation parameters (such as chosen style) may be transmitted to those providers. Use of such providers is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We transmit only what is necessary to fulfill your request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except service providers that help us run the app (e.g., Firebase, AI providers, and Apple for purchases) and only for the purposes described here.

Data retention

We delete user‑associated data (e.g., avatar lookups and generated stickers) after 90 days of inactivity, unless we must retain it longer for legal, security, or operational reasons. Limited security logs may be kept for up to 30 days. Backups may persist briefly as part of normal operations.

Your choices

• You can choose not to provide optional inputs. Some features may require certain inputs to work.
• You may request deletion of optional data you’ve provided, where applicable.

Children

StickerBlox is intended for a general audience. If you believe we’ve collected information from a child contrary to applicable law, contact us and we’ll address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
