Terms of Service

1. Overview

StickerBlox (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a mobile application and website that let users generate stickers from their Roblox avatar and related content (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Credits

The Service uses “credits” to generate stickers. Unless otherwise stated, 1 credit is required to generate 1 sticker output. Credits are a feature of the Service and have no cash value; they are non‑transferable and non‑refundable except where required by law. We may grant promotional credits at our discretion and may modify credit packages prospectively.

3. Subscriptions and billing

We may offer a weekly subscription through the Apple App Store to provide credits or access to features. Pricing, billing, renewals, trials, and refunds are governed by the App Store terms and Apple policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. We do not process or store your payment card details; payments are handled by Apple. Taxes may apply.

4. AI providers

Sticker outputs may be generated using third‑party AI providers (for example, OpenAI or others). Your avatar references and generation parameters (such as chosen style) may be transmitted to those providers solely to deliver the requested output. Use of such providers is subject to their terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox or OpenAI.

5. Your content and outputs

You retain rights to your inputs and to the sticker outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and any third‑party platform rules (e.g., Roblox). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any inputs and that your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and third‑party policies. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs as needed to operate the Service (e.g., generate, cache, display to you).

6. Acceptable use

• Do not infringe intellectual property rights or violate Roblox, OpenAI, Apple, or other third‑party terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the Service.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

7. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and any Roblox platform policies when using the Service.

8. Your use of the Service

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates Roblox or third‑party policies.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9. Accounts

Some features may require authentication. You are responsible for securing your device and any credentials you use to access the Service.

10. Intellectual property

We own all rights in and to the Service, including our trademarks, branding, and code. You retain rights to any content you create or upload, subject to licenses you grant to us for operating the Service (e.g., displaying, processing, and delivering outputs).

11. Third‑party services

We use Firebase (Google) to host and operate parts of the Service. Third‑party terms may apply when you use features that rely on those services.

11a. Roblox public APIs

To retrieve public avatar information (e.g., metadata or thumbnails), we use publicly documented Roblox APIs and CDN endpoints. We do not download or redistribute proprietary Roblox game assets. Our use of these endpoints is subject to Roblox’s Terms of Use, API Terms, and Branding Guidelines. StickerBlox is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox.

11b. Data removal and inactivity

We may remove user‑associated data (for example, avatar lookups and generated stickers) after 90 days of inactivity. We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate security and anti‑abuse purposes.

12. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
